tomato surgery

this morning, i had a look at the garden, after last night's rain.



one of the tomato plants' branches had broken off at the stem.




i got some old string from last year's tomatoes tied to the washing line pole, and raised the branch back to the right position.



and "bandaged" the wound with the rest of the string.















yay!
